I’ve been using KeyTrak for about three years now, and it’s been great the entire time. Every time I call the help desk, not only are they very knowledgeable, but their attitude and customer service blow me away.

Before KeyTrak, we were using key cabinets and manually signing out keys. You couldn’t prove if someone really did return a key. Now, we save hours a day. When you use the system the way it’s meant, it takes all that away. We have the condo owners’ keys in our system, and logging in and putting a key back takes about 10 seconds.

KeyTrak has really done its homework in solving all the problems that could arise with key management. It takes all the guesswork out and has cut down our need to call owners to say, “We can’t find your key.”

If I was looking at working somewhere else and they didn’t have KeyTrak, that might be a deal breaker. KeyTrak has my golden seal of approval.
