KeyTrak to Tune Property Managers into Key Control at the GNAA Trade Show
On July 11, KeyTrak, Inc. will participate in the Greater Nashville Apartment Association’s (GNAA’s) trade show themed “Your Vacation Destination.” It will be held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in the Ryman Exhibitor Hall, where KeyTrak will demonstrate its key control solutions in booth #37.
Vice President of Sales Richard Battle said: “We are excited to attend the 2013 GNAA Trade Show, where we will show property owners and managers how KeyTrak helps the multifamily industry reduce the risk of liability and improve the protection and service for tenants through efficient and secure key control.”
KeyTrak’s key control systems automatically track keys using iButton technology. By recording employees’ use of keys and by supplying detailed reports on system transactions, KeyTrak provides a 100 percent automatic verifiable real-time audit trail, which reduces liability risks for property owners. To prevent forced entry, keys are securely stored in a tamper-proof drawer. KeyTrak provides key control for multiple companies, including those within the healthcare, government and automotive industries.
The GNAA has been in business for 43 years and has become the largest organization dedicated to rental housing in the state of Tennessee. It is an affiliate of the Tennessee Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association. Currently, it represents more than 750 members and 80,000 apartment homes.
