KeyTrak to Take Peace of Mind to GCNKAA ‘March Madness’ Trade Show
KeyTrak, Inc. will promote peace of mind amid the “March Madness” celebration at the annual Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association (GCNKAA) trade show on Thursday, March 22. The event will take place at the Receptions Banquet Facility in Cincinnati, OH, and is expected to attract more than 1,200 multifamily professionals.
“GCNKAA is a great opportunity to demonstrate our key control solutions to a wide base of multifamily professionals who are looking to reduce liability at their properties,” said KeyTrak regional manager Carl Hanly. “One of KeyTrak’s many benefits is that it provides peace of mind to its users by creating a verifiable audit trail, allowing users to keep tabs on all keys and assets. KeyTrak alleviates a lot of the stress of property management by helping ensure that tenants and property are adequately protected.”
Using a computerized drawer and key tags that use iButton technology, KeyTrak creates a record of every key or asset added to or removed from the system. KeyTrak also has the ability to integrate with MyBuilding.org property management software, which allows residents to be notified via email when keys to their apartments have been checked out of the KeyTrak system.
The GNCKAA trade show combines business with fun, promising “a slam dunkin’ good time.” The event will provide attendees with free parking, food and drinks, as well as the opportunity to foster business relationships with other multifamily professionals and to increase knowledge about pertinent industry issues. Seminar topics will include fair housing compliance, marketing strategies and increasing the lifespan of air conditioning units.
GCNKAA attendees can visit KeyTrak at booth #65. For more information, please visit gcnkaa.org.
