On September 17 and 18, KeyTrak will exhibit its key and asset management solutions at the 71st Technological Solutions Expo and Senior Leader Conference in Fort Leonard Wood, MO. Senior military police leaders and soldiers as well as other key decision makers in public safety will visit the worldwide conference hosted by the Military Police Regimental Association (MPRA).

“It is a privilege to attend the Technological Solutions Expo, and KeyTrak is looking forward to showing attendees how to better reduce liability and improve efficiency when protecting keys and assets,” said Vice President of Sales Richard Battle.

MPRA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to communicating the pride, heritage and history of the Military Police Corps. In the last few years, MPRA has contributed more than $500,000 to museum upgrades and Regimental Memorial Grove improvements, awarded more than 100 college scholarships to MPRA family members and provided $40,000 in grants to military police soldiers and their families. The senior leaders supporting the efforts of the MPRA at the conference will be making purchasing decisions for the military.

KeyTrak key control systems allow administrators to remotely access real-time reports and alerts regarding users’ activity. The KeyTrak Guardian, a system created for high-security needs, individually locks down every key in a wall panel, except the keys a user is authorized to check out.

Through the use of iButton technology, which communicates data to the drawer electronically, KeyTrak systems provide an automatic record of when users return or remove keys and assets, leaving a 100 percent verifiable audit trail to help strengthen accountability and reduce liability.

KeyTrak was the first electronic key control provider to obtain a schedule from the General Services Administration (GSA), the purchasing agent of the United States Government. For more than 12 years, KeyTrak has had an active GSA Schedule that enables the company to pursue government business by prequalifying products, services and pricing. This prequalification helps KeyTrak minimize government customer contracting issues and provide government agencies with the best prices on its products and services.

The MPRA has almost 30 local chapters and nearly 9,000 members worldwide. MPRA’s outreach programs have touched numerous friends of the Regiment, such as the National Law Enforcement Explorers Academy and the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Washington, D.C.
