On September 22, KeyTrak will attend the Apartment Association of Kansas City (AAKC) tradeshow. There, KeyTrak representatives will be in booth #75 demonstrating how multifamily property managers can use the Multifamily Plus electronic key management system to reduce their risk of liability, loss and lawsuit.

“Using electronic key control helps multifamily properties control access to unit keys and keep tenants safe,” said KeyTrak Vice President of Sales Richard Battle. “Electronic key management systems also increase operational efficiency by tracking resident packages, work orders and more.”

KeyTrak systems securely store keys in an electronic tamper-proof drawer. As soon as a key is removed from the drawer, the system records which employees have checked keys out and when the keys were removed or returned, creating a 100 percent automatic verifiable audit trail.
