KeyTrak to Showcase New Updates to KeyTrak Guardian at NADA 2013
KeyTrak, Inc., the leading provider of key and asset management systems, will once again attend the National Automotive Dealers Association (NADA) Convention and Expo. There, KeyTrak will showcase its KeyTrak Guardian system, which last year underwent a round of updates that give clients additional security options and greater control over transaction data and system accounts. KeyTrak will also offer demos of its drawer system, which now features a touchscreen interface.
NADA, the largest automotive gathering of the year, is expected to draw in more than 500 vendors and 20,000 dealership personnel to the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL on February 8-11.
“KeyTrak has partnered with dealerships for more than 25 years, providing them with the tools they need to safeguard and track their keys and assets,” said Vice President of Sales Richard Battle. “By taking single-source responsibility for our products, working with a direct sales force, performing all of our services in-house from conception to installation and identifying opportunities to enhance our systems to meet our customers’ key control needs, KeyTrak has set itself apart from the competition.”
KeyTrak was one of the first companies to sell automated key control systems to secure keys and assets, particularly in the automotive industry. By recording employees’ use of keys and by supplying detailed reports on system transactions, KeyTrak provides a 100 percent automatic verifiable audit trail, which reduces liability risks for dealerships.
NADA attendees will be able to view a demonstration of the KeyTrak and KeyTrak Guardian systems in booth #2943. The adjustments to the Guardian system give managers enhanced remote management capabilities and the ability to transfer data files to a remote PC. In addition, features such as user registration via the driver’s license scanner and a new User Asset Access report help KeyTrak Guardian administrators manage user accounts. For additional security, personnel may also choose to have notification emails sent from the KeyTrak Guardian system to email servers.
At NADA 2013, dealers will be given them the opportunity to learn from and network with industry professionals by selecting from seven tracks with 48 different workshop topics. Workshop topics include managing your resources, Internet solutions, executive leadership, leveraging parts and accessories and more.
