At the upcoming Northeast Association of College and University Housing Officers (NEACUHO) Annual Conference, KeyTrak, Inc., the leading provider of key and asset management systems, will show housing officers how to efficiently track their keys using electronic key control. The NEACUHO Conference will take place June 8-11 at Westfield State University in Westfield, MA.

“Housing officers are always searching for better ways to keep their residents safe,” said KeyTrak Vice President of Sales Richard Battle. “One of the primary benefits of KeyTrak is that it automatically creates a 100 percent verifiable audit trail of property keys. This feature gives management an efficient, safe key control process.”

At the event, attendees will have the opportunity to see how KeyTrak’s high-security Guardian Versatile Smart Panel (VSP) system helps reduce the risk of loss, liability and lawsuits by storing keys in a tamper-resistant steel panel. Only authorized users can access the keys using one or more authentication methods, such as the built-in fingerprint reader, an optional proximity card reader or user-specific passcodes.

The expo will give participants a chance to find the intersection of convenience and security with live demonstrations of new technology, seminars addressing key multifamily topics and a wide variety of exhibitors.
