KeyTrak to Discuss Electronic Key Control for Multifamily at GCNKAA Trade Show
On March 12, KeyTrak will be in Fairfield, OH for the 2015 Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association (GCNKAA) trade show. There, KeyTrak representatives will demonstrate to attendees about how they can reduce their risk of liability, loss and lawsuit using electronic key control systems.
“Electronic key control systems deliver crucial benefits to multifamily properties,” said KeyTrak Vice President of Sales Richard Battle. “In addition to providing efficient processes for managing keys, assets and the people who access them, it increases operational efficiency.”
KeyTrak systems create a 100 percent automatic verifiable audit trail. As soon as a key is removed from the electronic drawer, the system records which employees have checked keys out and when the keys were removed or returned. To prevent forced entry, keys are securely stored in a tamper-proof drawer.
