KeyTrak to Celebrate 25th Anniversary at NADA 2012
KeyTrak, Inc., the leading provider of key and asset management systems, will return to the National Automotive Dealers Association (NADA) Convention and Expo February 3-6, 2012. This year’s NADA will coincide with a significant milestone for KeyTrak, as it celebrates 25 years of business in 2012. The conference, which is the premier event for automotive dealerships, will be in Las Vegas, NV and will feature keynote speakers such as former President George W. Bush and Chrysler CEO Sergio Marchionne.
“KeyTrak was one of the first companies to sell automated key control systems, particularly in the automotive industry,” said Richard Battle, Vice President of Sales for KeyTrak. “KeyTrak has been as successful as it has for 25 years by responding to the needs of the market and offering customers what they need to be successful. KeyTrak installed its first system in 1987, and between 1995 and 1998, it added security features such as alarms, biometric fingerprint access and a remote access software interface. During the following six years, KeyTrak implemented remote relay alarms, enabled Web access and email reporting features and developed the KeyTrak open interface and mass import tools to increase data management accuracy, efficiency of use and employee productivity.
By 2007, KeyTrak had expanded its product line to include KeySafe and Guardian wall-mounted units and expanded its resources in the areas of software development, hardware development and support services. In 2010, KeyTrak implemented the reservation feature, which allows users to reserve keys for future use in order to organize and prioritize key checkout needs.
Although KeyTrak will be showcasing its automotive industry-specific software at NADA, it also offers solutions for multifamily, government and commercial industries.
