This May, KeyTrak will participate in two multifamily trade shows on the West and East coasts. The first show will be the Arizona Multihousing Association’s Phoenix Education Conference and Trade Show May 12-13. On May 18, KeyTrak will be in Georgia for the Atlanta Apartment Association Trade Show.

“To protect themselves from the risk of losses, liability and lawsuits, properties need a way to objectively verify who has accessed tenants’ keys,” said KeyTrak Vice President of Sales Richard Battle. “An electronic key control system with a 100 percent automatic verifiable audit trail can fulfill that need. An electronic system makes controlling and accessing keys more efficient as well.”

Using an electronic drawer and iButton key tags, KeyTrak’s Multifamily Plus system tracks activity as soon as a key is removed. Secure access levels and a tamper-proof drawer prevent unauthorized users from removing keys. In addition, integrations with property management software such as MyBuilding.org help ensure resident information is up-to-date.
