With more than 6,000 multifamily housing professionals expected to attend, the 2012 National Apartment Association (NAA) Education Conference and Exposition is an opportunity for attendees to network, share experiences and gain new insights into the improvements within the multifamily industry. KeyTrak will attend the event to showcase its key and asset management systems, which help rental property owners improve the security of their properties. NAA will be held on June 28-29 in Boston, Mass.

“We are extremely excited about attending the 2012 NAA Education Conference and Exposition in Boston,” said Vice President of Sales Richard Battle. “This year marks KeyTrak’s 25th anniversary in providing key control, with more than 20 years’ service to the multifamily industry. KeyTrak’s solution benefits owners, managers and residents by increasing NOI through improved efficiency, reducing the risk of liability and providing better protection and service for their tenants. Essentially, KeyTrak helps the multifamily industry do more with less.”

KeyTrak’s key control systems automatically track keys using iButton technology. By recording activity surrounding employees’ use of keys and by supplying detailed reports on system transactions, KeyTrak provides a verifiable audit trail which reduces liability risks for property owners. To prevent forced entry, keys are securely stored in a tamper-proof drawer. KeyTrak provides key control for multiple companies, including those within the healthcare, government and automotive industries.

As the industry’s leading association for 70 years, NAA has introduced companies within the multifamily industry to new services and technology that help their businesses prosper. At this year’s conference, NAA will provide 40 educational breakout sessions that focus on multifamily industry trends and feature inspirational speakers that will include Tom Brokaw, the special correspondent for NBC News, and Mia Hamm, a three-time Olympic medalist and two-time World Cup champion.
