KeyTrak is a total business solution for effectively and efficiently controlling keys, assets and personnel.

It utilizes a computerized locking steel drawer and iButton key tag technology, eliminating the need to scan a tag or make a log entry when completing a transaction. During checkout, the selected key will light up so you can quickly locate it. The moment a key or asset is removed from the drawer, a verifiable audit trail is automatically created, protecting your organization and staff from liability and giving you peace of mind.

With industry-specific software and multiple drawer sizes and configurations, KeyTrak has the flexibility to match the needs of any operation, large or small.

Web Plus manages the KeyTrak system from any PC with a network or Internet connection. It gives you and any other authorized users the freedom and flexibility to monitor the system anywhere, anytime. You can update information in the KeyTrak system, assign tags to keys and access the full suite of KeyTrak reports, including custom reports. By managing your KeyTrak data remotely, you’ll leave the physical system open for key check-in or checkout.

Up to 24 Drawers

Unlike competing products, the KeyTrak system can be customized and expanded to accommodate larger facilities. You can operate up to 24 drawers using just one KeyTrak server, letting you manage up to 5,760 keys at a time.

Drawers can be added at any time, and each server can be used with every type of drawer, including mini drawers, tall drawers, and IntelLock drawers. All drawers are managed with a single software interface.

Total Lockdown of your keys

The IntelLock™ is a total lockdown drawer-based key control solution for keys requiring a high level of key security. Any keys not within a user’s access level remain locked down, eliminating unauthorized removal of keys, whether accidental or intentional.

The IntelLock™ drawer seamlessly integrates with existing KeyTrak systems. The drawer is controlled by a standard KeyTrak server, and the outer dimensions and color scheme of the new IntelLock™ drawer are identical to the standard 240-key tall drawer. This allows for a perfect fit into existing systems utilizing secure cabinets. The IntelLock™ drawer can hold up to 48 keys.

Multiple Login Options

fingerprint reader

A wide variety of login options, including an optional biometric fingerprint reader, allows quick, secure access to the system. The fingerprint reader effectively eliminates password sharing, greatly increasing system security and ensuring reporting accuracy. Users can also log in via a fob, passcode or combination of login methods.
