Account Executive
Cincinnati, OH | Cleveland, OH | Detroit, MI | Pittsburg, PA

The Account Executive is responsible for bringing our products to all industries not included in automotive/multi-family markets. The target markets include government agencies, education, medical, casinos, commercial buildings, universities, military bases and fleet/transportation.

The primary responsibility of the Account Executive is to exceed his/her annual sales quota within a defined multi-state territory. The majority of sales must come from new opportunities, yet there is a small amount of repeat business. The Account Executive is responsible for developing his/her own leads, demonstrating products, presenting proposals, and closing deals. Contact management software is provided to track sales activity and provide history of account notes.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience (4-5 years of over quota sales experience in new business sales is preferred)
  • Self-motivated, "hunter" mentality, disciplined, and experience in planning and managing a large sales territory
  • Strong sales techniques, excellent closing and negotiating skills, and record of high performance in a competitive market
  • Recent cold-calling experience
  • Must be interested in bettering his/her income and looking to be a future leader in his/her field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; telephone skills and the ability to get to a decision-maker are critical
  • Good equipment demonstration skills and feature/benefit selling skills
  • High-end, new generation product selling is strongly recommended, but not required
  • 6-10 days of overnight travel per month is expected
  • Able to lift and carry 70 lbs. of demo equipment

Outside Sales Representative
Phoenix, AZ

In this position you will sell to multi-family and automotive markets in an assigned territory. This includes franchise automobile dealerships and non-commercial residential housing (property management companies that own apartment complexes). Your time will be equally spent selling to each side and growing your customer base while also managing and maintaining customer accounts and relationships.

You will be responsible for developing your own leads and will build your client base through sales to new and/or existing key accounts within your market. You will prospect potential customers in order to demonstrate the features and benefits of products, present proposals, and close deals. Part-time Inventory Assistant
College Station, TX

As an Inventory Assistant you will be responsible for processing supply orders, conducting cycle-counts, receiving parts from vendors, and pulling parts for various Reynolds and Reynolds departments. This position requires frequent heavy lifting and employees may need forklift certification after hire (must be at least 18yrs of age to operate a forklift).

Requirements:

  • Experience with Word/Excel preferred
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Outgoing personality
  • Good time management skills
  • Able to lift at least 50-80 Lbs. on a frequent basis
  • Must work minimum of 15 hours/week
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to operate forklift

Part-time Sales Support
College Station, TX

As a Sales Support associate you will be taking inbound calls and emails from customers contacting us to order new or replacement supplies for their systems. You will assist customers with their questions, process their orders, and review the phone mailbox to respond to customer voicemails. Part-time Sales Admin
College Station, TX

In the role of Part-Time Sales Admin you will work with a team to create and process contracts and amendments. These documents will need to be reviewed and confirmed for accuracy as they are critical to our existing customer relations. You will also be responsible for updating customer records, responding to customer letters and assisting our sales associates as they create contract paperwork. Other duties may include filing and scanning documents, creating new associate training guides, and working directly with our customers sending contract information, vital pieces of mail and mass client reports.

Part-time Production Assistant
College Station, TX

This area builds systems that track keys for large dealerships, apartment complexes, military, etc. In this position, you will be responsible for building PCs, as well as key drawers and systems. You will also learn how to solder small components and develop a solid background with various types of computer hardware.
